Veronika Fox is a Ukrainian-born contemporary artist based in New York City. Working across abstraction, figuration, escapism, surrealism, street-inspired elements, and expressive painting, she creates immersive, emotionally charged works with layered surfaces.

Her paintings explore identity, freedom, femininity, displacement, spirituality, and the tension between control and intuition. Human forms often dissolve into atmosphere and texture, while recurring robot figures have become an important part of her visual language, allowing her to explore vulnerability, choice, and human contradiction without fixing the figure to a single identity.

Fox moved to New York following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and studied at The Art Students League with Larry Poons and James Little. Their approaches to color, freedom and structure, spontaneity continue to influence her practice.

Before committing fully to painting, Fox worked across television, performance, music, and DJing, experiences that continue to inform the rhythm, energy, and instinctive quality of her work.
